For the second year in a row, Dr. Noumbissi and Miles of Smiles Implant Dentistry’s staff attended and participated in the 9th annual Green Festival at the Washington DC convention center. Over 300 visitors stopped by our booth,  we shared information and educated them on the health benefits of replacing missing teeth and improving their smiles with metal free dental implants. Metal free dental implants are made of zirconia which is a bioceramic that’s inert. In other words unlike titanium implants which are metal, they do not corrode, conduct electricity nor attract electromagnetic fields to one’s head.
